The "purge" removes from the database all messages that are older than your retention period (the "number of days to store quarantine rejected emails" value in the database configuration tab in SpamFilter). The database purge occurs by default every 60 minutes.]]>

To be honest I can't be sure if they recently enabled a new AUTH extension or we got lucky in our tests and found one they do support... but it seems to work with both devices (iPhone v2.2 and Leopard OS X 10.5.6)]]>

You can still use all previous authentication methods (Unix crypt, Active Directory with non-reversible encryption, etc), they are not affected by this new feature.]]>
